No. I just need access to the yard and to a spigot if the job calls for water. Plenty of clients have never met me in person, and that is completely fine.
Usually about two weeks. If something opens up sooner I will let you know, and recurring clients hold a standing slot so they are never in the queue.
Weather moves things around, especially in spring. If I have to reschedule I will text you as early as I can and we will find the next good day.
Just give me at least 24 hours notice and there is no charge. Short notice cancellations are hard to fill, so please text as soon as you know.
One hour per visit. Most jobs run longer than that anyway, but it means very small tasks are worth grouping together.
Yes, unless you would rather keep it for compost. If a job produces enough debris to need a dump run, I will tell you what that adds before I load anything.
Dogs, cats, and anything else with paws need to be inside or fenced away from the area I am working in. Mowers and trimmers are loud and unpredictable, gates end up propped open while I haul, and I would rather nobody's animal has a bad day. I always close gates behind me, but I cannot be responsible for a pet loose in the yard while the work is happening. If that is tricky for your setup, text me and we will plan around it.

I couldn't recommend Paisley more. She showed up on time, communicated well, and had a great attitude. She also completed what could have easily been an all day project in just a couple of hours. We had TONS of stubborn, overgrown weeds. She did a great job of cleaning everything up. It was also super hot outside. I was very impressed.
