No. I just need access to the yard, and to an outdoor faucet if the job needs water. Plenty of my clients are at work while I’m there.
Usually about two weeks. If something opens up sooner, I’ll let you know. Regular clients keep a set spot on my schedule.
If I need to reschedule because of the weather, I’ll text you as early as I can and we’ll pick the next good day.
Please give me at least 24 hours notice and there’s no charge. Last minute cancellations are hard to fill, so let me know as soon as you can.
Yes, one hour per visit. If you have a few small things that need doing, it’s worth grouping them into one visit.
Yes, unless you’d like to keep them for compost. If there’s enough to need a trip to the dump, I’ll tell you what that adds before I load anything.
Cash or Venmo when the work is done. I don’t add any card or processing fees.
Please keep dogs, cats, and any other pets inside or fenced off from where I’m working. Mowers and trimmers are loud, and gates sometimes stay open while I’m hauling things in and out. I always close gates when I leave, but I can’t be responsible for pets that are loose in the yard while I’m working. If that’s hard to arrange, text me and we’ll figure something out.

She also completed what could have easily been an all day project in just a couple of hours. We had TONS of stubborn, overgrown weeds. She did a great job of cleaning everything up. It was also super hot outside. I was very impressed.
