Pricing

I charge $35 an hour with a one hour minimum. There are no trip fees and no contracts, and I’ll always give you an estimate before I start so you know what to expect.

One time or recurring

Yard Maintenance

Mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and bed upkeep. You can book one visit or set up a regular schedule, and I’ll keep you on the same day each time.

Planting plans

Garden Design

I’ll put together a planting plan that fits your sun, your soil, and how much watering you want to do. You’ll get a plant list you can shop from yourself, or I can do the planting for you.

Up to 4 hours a day, or over several days

Cleanups and Projects

Fall and spring cleanups, leaf removal, overgrown beds, mulch, hauling, and new borders. Smaller jobs fit in one visit. For bigger ones, I spread the work over a few days so it’s done right.

One time or seasonal

Fertilizer and Eco Friendly Care

Granular or liquid fertilizer, weed control, and soil treatments. I use eco friendly products whenever they’ll get the job done.

These estimates assume the yard is easy to get to. Steep slopes, a lot of hauling, or dump fees can change the price, and I’ll always tell you before I start.

Every visit has a one hour minimum. If you need to cancel, please give me 24 hours notice. Bad weather can sometimes push a visit back a day.

I use walk behind mowers. If your property needs a riding or commercial mower, I can rent one and add the rental cost to your bill with no markup. I’ll always check with you first.

Text me a picture of the yard and tell me what you’d like done. That’s usually enough for me to give you an estimate.

Free Walkthrough

If you’d rather I see the yard in person first, I’m happy to come by at no charge. Plenty of clients skip this and book from photos.

Step 3

I Get to Work

Regular clients keep a set spot on my schedule. You can pay with cash or Venmo when the work is done, with no added fees.
