What it costs, before you ask

$35 an hour, flat, with a one hour minimum. No trip fees, no seasonal contracts, and no price that changes after the work is done.

One time or recurring

Yard maintenance

Mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and bed upkeep. Book it once, or set a schedule and I keep the same slot so nothing gets missed.

Plan and plant list

Garden design

A planting plan drawn for your light, your soil, and how much watering you actually want to do. You get a plant list you can buy from or hand back to me.

Up to 4 hours a day, or several days

Cleanups and projects

Spring and fall cleanups, overgrown beds, mulch, hauling, new borders. Small jobs fit in an afternoon. Bigger ones I spread across a few days so the work stays careful.

One time or seasonal

Fertilizer and eco friendly care

Fertilizer spread of any kind, granular or liquid, plus weed and soil treatments. I reach for the eco friendly product first whenever it will actually do the job.

Pick what fits your yard and you will see the range most jobs like it land in. It is an estimate, not a quote. The real number comes after I know what I am looking at.

Estimates assume normal access and nothing hiding under the overgrowth. Steep slopes, heavy hauling, and dump fees can move the number. I will tell you before I start, never after.

One hour is my minimum visit. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and rain sometimes moves things a day.

I work with walk behind equipment. If your property needs a riding or commercial mower, I am glad to rent one, and the rental gets added to your total at cost with no markup. I will always check with you first.

How it works

Three steps, and one is optional

Step 01

Text me a photo

Send a picture of the yard and roughly what you want done. That is usually enough for me to tell you if I am the right fit and what it will run.

Step 02, optional

I come look, if you want

Some people want me to walk the yard before they commit, and I am happy to do that for free. Plenty of others skip it and book straight from photos. Your call.

Step 03

I get to work

Recurring clients get a standing slot on my schedule. Pay by cash or Venmo when the visit is done. No card fees, no surcharges, no invoice to chase.
